Shipping Policy
Each Story Stone Studio piece is prepared with care, and many of our items are handmade or personalized to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. More detailed custom orders may require additional time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Story Stone Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help
Return & Exchange Policy
Because many Story Stone Studio pieces are handmade and personalized just for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused and unworn condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right through a repair, replacement, or refund when appropriate.
Please carefully review all names, initials, credentials, sizing, and other personalization details before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund personalized items due to information entered incorrectly by the customer.
