Returns & Refunds

Because many Story Stone Studio pieces are handmade and personalized just for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Please double-check all names, initials, dates, credentials, sizing, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Story Stone Studio is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Story Stone Studio cannot be responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
